* What about implementing the calculation for the required departure & landing distance?
* In Switzerland there are so-called GAFOR-routes, or recommended VFR-routes. Would it be possible using them in flight planning as pre-defined routes?

Moved to the suggestions forum for discussion.
We are unlikely to incorporate takeoff and landing distance calculations in SkyDemon, I believe there have been a few threads on that topic in the past.
Planning along VFR routes that follow rivers, lakes, mountain passes and valleys is a tricky topic. Since these routes would need to (technically) consist of hundreds, possibly thousands of turning points all very close together, what should SkyDemon's instruments do as you fly along them? I would rather leave the placement of turning points to the planning pilot, offering the VFR route for guidance in the background as we currently do. We are always interested in other suggestions though.
